Ethan Carlson is the Cofounder and CEO of Updraft. He spends his work days overseeing product development, organization building, and business development. Previously, Ethan founded Escape Rhode Island, LLC, the first Escape Room venue in Providence. After graduating from Yale University with a degree in mechanical engineering Ethan joined Venture for America's first Fellowship class of 2012.
Domenic Merolla is the COO of Updraft. In addition to overseeing operating processes and practices at HQ in Providence, Dom helps launch partner companies and support our entrepreneurs across the country. He has worked with young entrepreneurs in a variety of roles at Venture for America and 1776 Global. Dom is a 2016 Venture for America Fellow and a graduate of Hobart College.
Giuseppe Crosti is the Cofounder and CMO of Updraft. Giuseppe works on recruitment for the Updraft partnership. as well as providing marketing support for Updraft's portfolio businesses. He previously held marketing positions at venture-funded startups such as Upserve and Greycork. Giuseppe is a Venture For America 2013 fellow and a graduate of Duke University.
